Ordering and Payment Information:
Orders are subject to tax and shipping and
handling. We accept cash (cleverly
concealed), personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders for orders
submitted via postal mail. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit card
payments.
Custom/Specialty Orders:
We specialize in custom orders. Please send
us a swatch of the item you are trying to match or email us with any
questions or suggestions. Custom orders may be subject to a price increase
depending on the types of materials you request and lengths that you desire.
We will try to meet your needs as best we can.
Sales Tax Information:
Orders from Louisiana residents are subject
to 8.5% sales tax.
Shipping Information:
Your merchandise will be shipped as soon as
payment is received. It usually takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping fees are
calculated based on the total value and weight of your order.
Return Policy: If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days for a refund minus a $10.00 restocking fee. |
